IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE OPENING: $18/HR
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WARRANTY SERVICES/PROTECTION PLAN COMPANIES IN THE AREA
FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY, LONG TERM POSITION
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME
$18/HR
Qualifications:
+ 2 years of call center experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities:
+ Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
+ Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.
+ Accurately document information within multiple database systems.
+ Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance.
