Job Description
We are looking for an individual with strong bilingual communication skills and preferrably with a background in case management.
**Responsibilities**:
**Case Management**:
- Oversee and manage workers compensation cases remotely.
- Coordinate communication with clients and attorneys to facilitate doctor appointments, settlement process, etc.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their cases and involve them in decision-making processes.
- Follow up with clients on any upcoming hearing date, doctor appointments, anything specific pertaining to their cases.
- Serve as a language bridge for non-English speakers involved in workers compensation cases.
**Qualifications**:
- **Must be able to travel** 3-4 times a year for training purposes (all expenses paid trips by the company to make sure our staff is well trained)
- Previous experience as a Case Manager in law office *...
