Remote Bilingual Outbound Caller (PT/EN)-Reactivate Drivers

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Outbound Caller (Portuguese & English) to join our client's team in Colombia. The role focuses on reactivating inactive delivery drivers through outbound calls and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work remotely from Colombia, coordinate with Colombian and international teams, and maintain CRM notes while aiming for daily outreach and conversion targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
