Remote Bilingual FOIA Legal Assistant (Immigration)

Moaddel Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual FOIA Case Assistant to join our USCIS team remotely from LATAM. You will support attorneys and clients throughout the FOIA process by preparing filings, tracking requests, reviewing results, and maintaining case records.
