Remote BDR — High-Volume Tech Outreach & Growth

Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to expand our US-focused client base through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booked qualified appointments. This role thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment and requires excellent English communication skills.

You’ll use HubSpot and other tools to manage outreach, qualify prospects, and drive pipeline, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize show rates and outcomes.
