Remote BDR | High-Impact Tech Sales & Growth

Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth with high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and appointment setting. You will target U.S.-based decision-makers and manage outreach using HubSpot and modern tools.

You will build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, and work to qualify opportunities with B.A.N.T criteria while recording progress in our CRM.
