Remote Associate Director, Design — UI/UX & Brand Leadership

Darkroom seeks an Associate Director of Design to lead and craft high-quality design across paid ads, emails, landing pages, and e-commerce sites. You will guide a designers team, balance strategic oversight with hands-on work, and maintain a high bar for visual and UX excellence.

You will report to the Director of Creative, collaborate with marketing, product and developers, and drive the design strategy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
