We are assisting a residential design firm based in the Bay Area, California, in identifying a reliable and experienced Design Support Specialist to collaborate on a range of U. S.-based residential projects. This role is focused exclusively on Soft Plan , and candidates must have prior experience using this software in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities Use Soft Plan daily to assist in the production of residential design deliverables. Create and modify floor plans, elevations, sections , and 3 D models . Generate construction documents and print-ready drawing sets directly from the model in real time using Soft Plan. Collaborate directly with the client to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
