Remote AP Coordinator - Multi-Entity & Close Support

Truelogic Software is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices across multiple entities. This role involves coding invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AP or general accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software. This position is 100% remote with USD compensation and collaboration with US-based clients.
