Remote AI SaaS Customer Success Engineer (LatAm)

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (LatAm) to connect elite talent with leading AI research labs. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer-reported issues while debugging across our AI + SaaS stack.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science or a related field, and experience building modern web applications. This role requires comfort with AI systems, including familiarity with LLMs and modern AI APIs, all in a remote working environment.
