Remote AI Enablement Lead for Business Teams

Neurons Lab is seeking an AI enablement lead to drive adoption across our client’s business teams in a remote-first setup with on-site requirements in Bratislava, Malta and Cyprus. You will run assessments, design workshops, and deliver hands-on enablement to move teams from first contact to daily AI use. You will coordinate with external trainers, activate stakeholders, track adoption KPIs, and maintain daily client context until each team operates independently.
