Remote AI CX Solutions Architect - Pre-Sales & Integration

Zendesk is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive technical and business discovery, translating AI/ML capabilities into practical CX/ES solutions. You’ll own end-to-end engagements from qualification through pilot, translating complex tech into clear business benefits for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.

You will design secure, scalable architectures using Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms, collaborate with product teams, and help customers realize ROI through measurable
