Remote AI Code Quality Engineer

Alignerr is seeking software engineers to build, review, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — fully remote, flexible, and contract-based.

You will write, debug, and optimize code across languages, review AI outputs for correctness and efficiency, and provide structured feedback. Work independently with your own schedule on challenging AI problems.
