Remote Academic Success Coach

FunFox is seeking an Academic Counsellor to support the parent experience within the Customer Success team. You will manage relationships, coordinate communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks while reporting to the COO.

You will build genuine relationships with parents, coordinate meetings and schedules on the student portal, monitor attendance, manage WhatsApp support, draft parent communications, handle payments, and maintain term schedules on the FunFox portal.
