Drive member success as the Manager of Retention at the Recycled Materials Association in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on engagement strategies, data management, and member support.
The Manager of Retention is tasked with increasing member engagement and overseeing the renewal cycle within ReMA. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager, Member Renewals, and engage with members to understand their needs better. Your attention to detail and organized approach will contribute to successful retention campaigns.
