Job Description
- Contacting potential customers who are relocating from Singapore to other countries worldwide and vice versa.
- Be the primary point of contact for transferees throughout the move process.
- Estimate volumes of Household / other goods for International/Local Removal (Air or Sea or Road) to pack and load, providing quotations, communicating with customers to secure the business.
- Coordinate move services with agent/partners to ensure successful logistical coordination of each household goods move, in accordance with company and Client procedures and standards.
- Monitor shipment status, including accurate and timely updates of internal and external records.
- Maintain the expected level of profitability per file by working costing, quotations.
- Accurately process invoices within the required time frame to ensure that revenue levels are met.
