Relief Care Assistant

Position

Relief Care Assistant – Bowles Court, Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Compensation & Hours

Hourly rate: £13.26 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for evenings and weekends.

Hours: As and when required, to be discussed with the development manager.

About the role

Provide high‑quality care to residents, including housekeeping, domestic support, activity support, booking appointments, arranging transport, assisting with shopping and escorting to visits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Warm, friendly, with experience in a care or support environment.
• Passion for supporting older people and teamwork in a busy setting.
• Drive to deliver excellent customer service.
• Preference for QCF Health and Social Care Level 2; alternative qualifications and relevant experience considered.
