Job Description
- Perform reliability tests such as RGA, Fiber integrity, lead integrity, and epoxy mixing, thermal chambers etc.
- Monitor, operate, and inspect critical equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Perform routine rounds and checks to detect early signs of equipment wear, failure, or malfunction.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support reliability improvements.
- Report equipment abnormalities and assist in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of reliability testing
- Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and support corrective maintenance activities as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
- Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.
