Reliability Maintenance Engineer

Reliability Engineer – Burton upon Trent

36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including up to 10 Saturdays per year)

Up to £52,000 plus benefits

Reporting to the Reliability Manager, the role of the Reliability Engineer is to drive improvements across the engineering department by monitoring and measuring equipment condition, analysing trends and identifying the need for maintenance activities, whilst considering production requirements.

Analysing the top losses stats and other related data to identify areas for improvement across the factory. Liaising with all parties to ensure the change management process runs smoothly and solutions are delivered that positively impact the business and colleagues at all levels.
