About the Role
Release Train Engineer (RTE) – Grade Level 11. The RTE will facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train activities, ensuring alignment across multiple development teams while managing program-level execution and delivery timelines. This role involves removing impediments, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement practices to enable predictable, high-quality software releases at scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops to ensure alignment and delivery of platform engineering solutions.
- Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple agile teams working on platform software components, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving impediments, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies across the release train.
