Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Release Train Engineer Agile Coach** to join our innovative team. This is a **REMOTE** position.
You will function as the Chief Scrum Master for the overarching Agile Release Train and serve as a Subject Matter Expert to navigate the logistical and cultural complexities inherent in scaling Lean-Agile practices across multiple, simultaneous development teams. This critical role ensures synchronization across tightly coupled Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow integrations.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Physically and virtually facilitating Program Increment planning events and tracking feature delivery metrics.
+ Resolving critical program-level impediments that cross individual scrum team boundaries.
+ Mentoring subordinate Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads while guiding adherence to SAFe principles.
