Job Description
At Gateway, we’re looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused Release Manager / Scrum Master to help drive the successful delivery of our core platform, Paws eTrack.
What You’ll Do
- Own and coordinate end-to-end release cycles
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage sprint capacity, forecasting, and delivery timelines
- Ensure backlog readiness in partnership with Product Management
- Identify risks early and keep delivery on track
- Communicate release plans, timelines, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, IT Operations, and business teams
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in release management, Scrum Master, or project coordination roles
- Hands‑on experience supporting Agile software development teams
