Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end releases across 6 various teams and two core workstreams
  • Manage progression from dev → QA → UAT → production
  • Ensure environment readiness, test data availability, and smooth UAT cycles
  • Drive release governance, checklists, gating criteria, and best practices
  • Consolidate risks, issues, and status into one clear narrative for the business
  • Recommend scope adjustments and escalate go/no-go decisions when needed
  • Act as the single point of contact for release progress and updates

  • Experience in release management or project management (PMs welcome)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented during UAT pressure
  • Strong coordination and follow-through across multiple teams
