Our client U Microfinance Bank is looking for a Relationship Officer in Chowk Azam, Darya Khan, Dera Ismail Khan, Layyah, Piplan.
The Relationship Officer is responsible for building a profitable asset portfolio for the branch by selling and marketing bank products to prospective clients. This role involves carefully analyzing clients' potential to repay loans in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, both individuals and businesses, in need of loans.
- Establish strong rapport and relationships with clients.
- Act as a salesperson, persuading clients to obtain loans.
- Assist clients in the loan application process.
- Analyze and verify applications to determine clients' creditworthiness.
- Complete documentation in accordance with the bank’s policy.
- Obtain necessary approvals before disbursement from the BCC.
