  This candidate must live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia. 
 JOB SUMMARY Relationship Managers maintain and expand relationships strategically with customers and serving as the primary liaison between CSI and the customers. They constantly strive to achieve excellence in customer service that leads to high customer satisfaction, contract renewals, representing the entire range of company products and services, while ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by CSI.
