What You'll Be Doing

As a member of the Business Banking team, you’ll report to the Director or Senior Manager & Team Lead, Business Banking. You’ll provide new and existing clients with an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of being a leader in client relationships.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll help business clients meet their immediate and long‑term business goals by understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to deepen the CIBC relationship and increase client loyalty.

You’ll proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business‑only connections, ensuring clients’ financial and credit needs are met through comprehensive business banking offerings or referrals to the appropriate Imperial Service, Personal Banking or Private Banking colleagues.
