Regulatory Reporting & Change Specialist - Global Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit trade & transaction reports (e.g., OTC derivatives) to regulators
• Ensure compliance with global and regional frameworks (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank equivalents, APAC regimes)
• Investigate reporting breaks and data quality issues across front-to-back systems, driving timely resolution
• Partner with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve reporting and control issues
• Lead or support large-scale regulatory change initiatives impacting trade reporting and disclosure
• Interpret regulatory changes and translate requirements into business processes and system enhancements
• Drive implementation of new rules, controls, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams on system upgrades and remediation programs
