Regulatory Business Analyst - MiFID II

Position Description:

As part of an engagement with one of our clients, CGI is looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst specialising in MiFID II.

The purpose of the assignment is to enhance the bank’s MiFID regulatory framework to support the distribution of related products, particularly Private Assets and Evergreen products, in compliance with the applicable regulations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will be involved in the following activities:

- Analysing the required changes to the MiFID framework
- Defining the questions to be added to the MiFID II questionnaire as part of the appropriateness assessment
- Defining the controls associated with appropriateness and suitability testing
- Contributing to controls carried out at transaction level and during periodic reviews
