Regulatory Affairs Associate – Fixed Term (1 year)

Location: Valencia, Spain (possible locations: UK, Netherlands, Denmark). Departments: Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Security.

Scope: Manage clearance of raw materials, product development, registrations, renewals, and variations for the H&W portfolio at EU manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Leverage general regulatory compliance of the H&W portfolio by owning assessments of permissibility and suitability in UK, EU and US, coordinating with regional SMEs outside the EU to unlock key markets.
• Own assessment and approval of steps requiring regulatory input related to innovation and/or permissibility of the H&W portfolio.
• Ensure ingredients and products are assessed for regulatory compliance throughout the life cycle, and that documents for customers are current and available.
