Join our Mobile Mental Health Team at Medavie Health Services as a Registered Social Worker. You'll provide essential care and support to clients aged 16+ navigating their mental health journeys.
In this role, conduct community and in-home visits focused on flexible client care transitions. Essential skills in assessment and evidence-based therapy will be crucial as you address mental health risks. Collaborate with community services to ensure timely resource access and case management within Huron and Perth Counties.
