Job Description
Provide exceptional care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Baycrest Hospital's Complex Continuing Care Unit. Help older patients with complex medical needs achieve their goals through compassionate, client-centered nursing.
In this dynamic role, you will deliver and evaluate nursing interventions, including medications, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Your focus will be on meeting the personal care, activation, and spiritual needs of clients. Experience in geriatric care is preferred, ensuring high-quality support for patients and their families.

• Current CNO registration in good standing
