Job Summary and Qualifications The RN Rapid Response Team (RRT) will respond to all RRT's, Code Blues, Heart Alerts, Stroke Alerts, Sepsis alerts and any other patient care emergency. The RN RRT will perform surveillance by identifying the patients at risk for complications or becoming seriously ill by using proactive approach, making rounds frequently to collaborate with the bedside nurses as part of consultation without intimidating the bedside nurses.
