A Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for delivering patient-centered care, coordinating treatments, monitoring patients' conditions, and supporting both patients and their families across a variety of healthcare environments.
Typical Responsibilities
- Patient assessment & documentation : Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately in health records.
