Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, you will facilitate care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities include supervising medication administration and addressing any resident or family concerns, ensuring quality care and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents’ care plans are up-to-date
• Participate in care conferences for resident support
• Order and safely manage medications
• Educate residents and families on care practices
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage changes
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse in your province
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care valued
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
