Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Payrate: $63-$66/hour
Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Provide wound care, IV therapy, and post-operative care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards and more
