Overall Purpose of the Role:
The post holder will work as an effective member of the Hospice IPU Team.
The post holder will also work in partnership with the wider primary healthcare team and other specialist palliative care services to meet the end-of-life care needs of the local population.
Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
