Responsibilities:
- Administer advanced critical care interventions including wound management, code responses, EVDs, and MTP procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to any changes in status.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record (Meditech).
