Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and prepare patients for endoscopic procedures.
- Assist physicians during endoscopy and GI procedures, ensuring equipment functionality and safety protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, responses, and recovery progress post-procedure.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, OSHA standards, and facility policies.
- Educate patients regarding pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Hold an active Ohio RN license or a compact state RN license.
