The Registered Nurse position at the Battle Born Youth Challenge Academy, under the Office of the Military, Nevada National Guard, provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Nevada Nurse Practice Act within a 24/7 voluntary residential program serving youth ages 16–18 in a structured, quasi-military environment. The nurse coordinates health services and treatment, collaborates with academy staff to ensure optimal care, and performs procedures that support both the physical and emotional well-being of cadets.
