- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota
- Strong assessment, technical, and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond effectively to emergencies
- Patient-centered mindset rooted in restorative care philosophy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic math skills for safe medication administration
