This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care leader to join a growing provider as a Registered Manager, taking responsibility for an established service currently delivering approximately 500 hours of care per week to around 50 service users across Sussex.
You'll inherit a stable service with strong foundations, giving you the opportunity to focus on developing the team, strengthening quality, supporting growth and delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
