Job Description
Position Overview
This opportunity is designed specifically for certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are looking to grow their experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. In this role, you will deliver direct ABA services to children and their families by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Services are provided in client homes or community-based settings depending on each client's needs. Most sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate your availability. Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour based on experience, consistency of availability, and overall qualifications. Spanish-speaking RBTs may qualify for premium pay.
