We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to work in our center 9-5. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
