Registered Behavior Technician (Mercy Kids Center for Neurodevelopment)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), under the general direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), will implement treatment plans for children with autism and other related disorders. They will maintain regular communication with their supervising BCBA and team. Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field OR Associates degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field and 2 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 4 years of related experience.
