Join **Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS)** as a **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** and help students develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive.
In this school-based role in **Aston, PA** , you'll work directly with students in an emotional support classroom, providing behavioral and emotional support throughout the school day. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement evidence-based behavioral strategies, support student growth, collect data, and help students achieve success academically, socially, and emotionally.
