We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in providing 24-hour therapeutic care for Residents with complex behavioral and mental health needs. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to support Residents on their journey toward greater stability, independence, and inclusion in the community.
