Regional Valuation & M&A Strategy Leader

Randstad México is seeking a Financial Valuation Leader (M&A & Strategy) to oversee critical valuation strategies and manage client relationships across Mexico, USA, and Latam. Ideal candidates should have 7-10 years of financial consulting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Civil Engineering, and a Master's is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish are essential for this position.
