Regional UHC & Health Policy Liaison

World Vision is seeking a UHC specialist based in Tacloban to lead the engagement with local health departments and other partners for full Universal Health Care (UHC) implementation. This fixed-term role lasts for at least two years and requires a strong advocacy background.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, excellent skills in communication and negotiation, plus a minimum of two years of experience in advocacy or citizen mobilization. Local applicants are preferred.
