Regional Talent Acquisition Recruiter — SSD (Madrid/Lisbon)

Tesla is seeking a Recruiter based in Madrid or Lisbon to support hiring for its Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organization. In this role, you will partner with Hiring Managers to evaluate talent needs, conduct candidate interviews, and advocate for a diverse recruitment strategy.

The ideal candidate will have significant 360 recruiting experience, excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, and a proven track record in sourcing and assessing skilled blue-collar roles.
