Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a sales team of 6–10 members across West Malaysia 

Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region 

Drive sales performance to achieve company targets and business objectives 

Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and trade activities 

Organize and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and product promotions 

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners 

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning 

Implement effective regional sales strategies and business plans 

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
